Allow responders to claim a Hats Protocol hat after their submit their form. This hat would bundles roles, authorities, and other custom eligibility criteria for wearers by the organization who created it, including providing entry into org workspaces, communication channels, grant membership into an onchain org, providing voting power, etc., depending on how the org wants to set it up via the Hats Protocol side.
